My career started as camera assistant and second unit cinematographer on nature documentaries of the Sea of Cortez and Lacandona rain forest for Mexico Desconocido. I have collaborated as Director of Photography in commercials for the courier Mexican company Estafeta, fashion films for InStyle Mexico and in promotional short films for League of Legends. My latest work consists on a series of awarded music videos for the classic rock singer and composer Juan Carlos & Black Hat which I was credited for cinematography, direction and production; and cinematography for the documentary VOCES DE MIXQUIC and the short film DULCE ALARIDO.
Short film. The story of a sweet potato vendor in Mexico City that stalks with his presence and - above all - with the spooky howl that his car emits, a lonely and decadent exotic dancer. The vendor is obsessed but feels her out of reach and just follows and observes, causing the rejection and anger of the dancer who in her work will face a dangerous situation that will take the story to an unexpected outcome.
