In addition to freelancing, Randall has worked as a Multimedia Producer at the Voice of America since 2012. Randall’s experience in storytelling began at The College of William and Mary, where he attained his BA in Literary and Cultural Studies: Film. Upon graduating, Randall continued at William and Mary, consulting with students and faculty members from different disciplines to enhance the learning and teaching experience through the use of various multimedia tools, and taught classes on the proper use of multimedia equipment and editing software. Randall attended American University where he worked toward an MA degree. His work has taken him to all parts of the U.S. as well as India, Kenya, Guatemala, Pakistan, France, and the U.K.

This young trailblazer is one of the many inspiring women from the Arab world who participated in the inaugural WILL Summit last week at the Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Presented by Nervora, Vogue Arabia, UN Women, and the General Women’s Union, the all-day event sponsored by Neutrogena and Bulgari, promoted female empowerment in the region by providing an interactive platform for powerful women.
Farida Osman may only be 24 years old, but she’s already making lasting strides towards shattering stereotypes about Middle Eastern women in sports one record-breaking race at a time. The young trailblazer is one of the many inspiring women from the Arab world who we paid tribute to at the inaugural WILL Summit — an interactive platform to promote female empowerment in the region.
In these videos, scholars and historians explore the Key Concepts of the Teaching Hard History framework by discussing slavery’s impact on the lives of enslaved people in what is now the United States and the nation’s development around the institution.
