It is a group, a collective, that makes talent and technical resources available to offer a space for the dissemination of the music scene in Colombia. We are a virtual channel that offers a space for dissemination to the bands that accompany us. It's us and the music. We are ordinary people who have put their talent at the disposal of Good music. We are a space with curious and restless people who want to create and experiment with music and live images. Los Gaiteos de San Jacinto and legendary English dub producer Adrian Sherwood. A unique project in which the sounds of the sanjacintera bagpipe meet dub music production techniques, inviting a mystical and rhythmic journey to the dance floor. The album delves into the existential character of the veterans' cumbia, with dubbero treatments that, instead of overshadowing or distorting, highlight the dimensions and nuances of their nostalgia. -Nicolas Vallejo. Its live format is made up of the legendary group Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto, dubbed from the stage by Bogotá producers and DJs Diego and Juan Gómez -aka Los Hnos Gómez-, taking the bagpipe experience to another level in which traditional airs echo between reverbs and delays. Dub de Gaita has performed as a special guest at the Rio Loco Festival in Toulouse, Elektropical Festival in Barcelona, Rock al Parque in Bogotá and Medellin Vive la Música. In 2017 they prepare a new summer tour in Europe, beginning with a date at the legendary Roskilde Festival, in Denmark. Their first record production Dub de Gaita (The End of the World) brings together Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto with the legendary English producer Adrian Sherwood -founder of On-U Sound Records- and Diego Gómez -founder of Llorona Records- to explore the roots of cumbia and bagpipe music based on dub sound and mixing techniques.
