Step into the world of the ice men of Mumbai who work around the clock to crush, shovel and haul baraf (Hindi for ice) to the fish market and to the boats heading out to sea. Baraf is essential to almost every step of the fishing supply chain at Sassoon Docks, Mumbai's largest fish market, and this film takes you through a day in the life of the workers responsible for it.
Directed and edited this film for Just For Kicks, an NGO that uses the football field to provide a third place to children, one beyond home and school, and in the process, unearth some of the brightest talents in the country.
