Recent assignments include forced labour and migrant worker abuses in Qatar and Nepal; casual worker exploitation in India and Japan; deforestation in Sumatra; and issues surrounding natural resource extraction in DR Congo, Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda. I often work with vulnerable people in conflict and post-conflict environments, and always seek to uphold professional and ethical standards, particularly in the protection of sources and respondents. I work across multiple languages, usually as a solo filmmaker/editor or in collaboration with a small team of other journalists.
