I have been a contributing reporter for the internationally recognized media outlet VICE for a little over five years now. In my time writing for VICE, I've covered everything from Alabama's rural moonshine infrastructure to New Orleans' rising drag queen scene and written about America's first trans congressional candidates. I've also worked for CNN's Inside Man production team working with renowned filmmaker and documentarian Morgan Spurlock and spent several months working on the Emmy winning television series Top Chef. Over the previous two years I reported for a newspaper publisher in the Rocky Mountains where I received 10 Colorado Press Association awards in less than two years.
