I was News Director for CTV local in Ottawa, Canada, running one of the most watched newsrooms in Canada. In addition to responsibility for 2.5 hours a day of news programming, I produced multi-camera / remote specials for CTV national. Before that I was Executive Producer of a national news and current Affairs program called Sunday Edition. I produced full edition specials in the field as well as mini-docs. I now teach 3rd year to Masters classes in TV journalism at Carleton University. I also have a video storytelling company.
