Collaboration with PUMA for the latest drop of their “City Pack” series, designing a limited edition PUMA Future 5.1 boot. The challenge to create a boot inspired by NYC provided the opportunity to design something truly remarkable that would stand out in the crowded boot space. The concept—“A New York Minute”—affectionately celebrated the city’s pace and grit and its unique assault on the senses. My approach included a dizzying array of imagery including caffeinated eyeballs, rats, and lightning bolts, to express what a classic New York minute both looks and feels like.
