A team of four young citizen journalists document their final days in Aleppo as the battle for the city rages around them. Uniquely told through first-hand accounts, Goodbye Aleppo is a gripping and heart-wrenching story of defiance and vitality in the face of devastating loss – of family, friends, a city, and a dream.
After 5 years of war in Syria, the remaining citizens of Aleppo are readying themselves for siege. Through the volunteers from The White Helmets we experience first hand the daily life, death and struggle in the streets of the city. They fight for sanity where war has become the norm.
