This episode introduced the full series that documents Jackie finding purpose in her life by pursuing what she loves.

Commissioned by HBO Latino for over a decade, Trina successfully delivered sixteen installments of this now legendary program. Through hundreds of testimonial interviews and in depth community portraits, Latinxs from all walks of life, including dozens of celebrities, shared their personal stories. Habla is often cited in the media as a living testament to the U.S. Latino experience, is referenced in advertising agencies for its authenticity, and is even taught at universities.
Sofía Vergara's "panties with a purpose" underwear company, EBY (Empowered by You), commissioned Trina to produce a social media campaign, telling the success stories of five different women who have received microloans in Colombia, Haiti and Nicaragua . Ten percent of net sales from EBY go towards getting women out of poverty and into business.
