I have been honing my skills in editing, color correction, sound design, and more in a variety of programs including Adobe Premier, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, but it is my gifts as a visual storyteller that sets me apart. As a graduate of NYU’s film program and working filmmaker, the most important thing I focus on for the viewer is tapping into my innate sense of rhythm of emotional imagery. I priotize engaging the viewer in a seemingly effortless way. Recent work includes being a lead editor for a video podcast called MilkDrunk. Besides editing their 45 minute episodes, I worked in After Effects to craft visually dynamic intros, outros, and social cut downs which all adhered to the brand’s aesthetic. I also edit short-form documentaries and other motion-graphic heavy commercials, and had to optimize them for both web and instagram formats.
