His so far projects deal with the wide range of media production both in content and format such as ‘Manto Ke Sath Aik Nishast’ and ‘Daku-Mentary’, a situational comedy play. Ali Haider has already made his mark in international film festivals as his most recent venture ‘Kath Putli’, secured top position in Vesakh International Film Festival, 2012. Also his documentary ‘Let the Wooden Dolls Dance’ was nominated in two of the renowned international film festivals. He is determined to revive the charisma of television screen that ruled the hearts of viewers and was marked by the quality of content in 70’s and 80’s, but with the blend of modern production techniques. Embodying the same vision, he has done the adaptation of Ashfaq Ahmed’s play ‘Adam Zaad’.
