While I specialise in cinematic shooting, I am flexible and adaptive to the vision of the platform, brand and producer. Whether it's an artistic shoot or coverage or ASMR or 360degree, I cover them all. I work with minimal crew and mostly with my own equipment unless the production requires very specific equipment. At 74, Meena Raghavan is the oldest known practitioner of Kalaripayattu, an ancient martial art from southern India. Since she was 7 years old, Raghavan has trained with the best of them. Now, she runs a school where she proudly trains boys, girls, men and women alike.

The Ajmer Sharif Dargah in Rajasthan, India, is one of the holiest Sufi sites in the world. There, devotees cook a sweet rice dish in a deg, or cauldron, for the thousands of pilgrims who visit the shrine each day. The cauldron is one of the largest in the world, measuring 37 feet wide and 15 feet deep, with a capacity to cook 4,800 kilograms. We visited the shrine to see how these devotees prepare their prasad, or religious offering, in such big batches.

It prepares freshly cooked food and nutritious meals for 2 million children every day in 65 kitchens across 14 states and two union territories in India. We visited one of its mega kitchens in Bangalore to see how cooks produce 75,000 meals in under four hours.

At Café Lota, Head Chef Udit Maheshwari is on a mission to introduce diners to regional Indian cuisine they may have never sampled before. The outdoor café at the National Crafts Museum in New Delhi specializes in lesser-known dishes, like chingri kamranga khatta (prawn curry with star fruit), a guava vegetable dish, and a curry with roasted papadum. With the café, Chef Maheshwari hopes to showcase the depth, variety and complexity of overlooked Indian dishes.
