Animal Planet's one-hour special DRUG KINGPIN HIPPOS explores cocaine king Pablo Escobar's decades-long stronghold on Colombia and the lasting threat his hippos continue to pose to the country today. They were two documentaries released, one aired on the United States and another one hour special in Latin America.

A sloth named Velcro
In 2000 in the jungles of Panama, a young journalist, named Ana, has a chance encounter with a tiny orphaned sloth, which she names Velcro. For nearly two years, the pair is inseparable until finally Ana travels up a remote river to reintroduce Velcro back to the wild. I did the local production in Medellin, served as a fixer for Ana Salceda, the director and Mark Carroll, the DOP .
