Request QuoteAlden Peters is an award-winning documentary filmmaker with a BFA in film production at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. He also studied documentary and essay filmmaking with the Ludwig Foundation of Cuba in Havana, Cuba. His writing has appeared in Hello Mr. and The Daily Beast, his photography has been posted in GAYLETTER, and his film work has been featured in Out Magazine, Time Out New York, The Huffington Post, NPR, Mashable, BuzzFeed, and many more. He has served as the Head of Production at Alleywire, and has worked with organizations such as the Tyler Clementi Foundation and the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, which secured landmark status for the Stonewall Inn in 2015. His first feature film, Coming Out, premiered in September 2015 and has won three audience awards in its festival circuit. Alden is a co-founder of Casa Vera Productions, where he produces and directs documentary films. He is based in Brooklyn, New York.
