This project, shot in Pigeon Forge, was especially rewarding—I loved being close to home and following such a dynamic cast of athletes. As an associate producer, I created and distributed daily shoot notes, secured all clearances and releases. I also booked locations for lifestyle scenes, and managed field PAs. I was the point of contact between the office and crew, and took care of filing expense reports for field purchases.
This role brought me to beautiful Bentonville, Arkansas with a crew that felt like family! In this role, I managed on-air talent and guests, created and distributed daily shoot notes and call sheets, secured all clearances and releases. I also handled wardrobe continuity, booked locations for lifestyle scenes, and managed field PAs. This was my first casting position, and it truly sparked my love for casting reality TV. I even had the honor of casting Kesi, The Mole herself, for the Netflix reboot. My role as casting associate involved scouring the internet and making cold calls to find the best talent, then guiding them through every step of the casting process—from application submission to final paperwork. I also helped craft pitch pages for the senior casting team and network, advocating strongly for my applicants.
