Amidst the pandemic and political turmoil, in the geographically largest, least populous, and nearly poorest county in the state, the project goal was to help citizens understand that Public Health is more than mask mandates and septic system permits. Public health is a network of healthcare providers staffed by community residents who are serving their neighbors. Client: Okanogan County Public Health Department in Washington State.
