I am originally from Cali, Colombia but transplanted to USA more than 10 years ago. I am aspiring to become a documentary producer. My mantra is connecting with people, I want to tell meaningful stories, spread ideas, share emotions, get to know people and learn through culture exchange. I want to reflect this spirit in my videos. I believe that small business owners create unique content and special things instead of commercial and trendy stuff in order to sell a lot. I like to reconnect with tradition and roots and hunt for stories of the makers of New York City. I got the idea from "Meet Your Maker", an event I attended last year that highlighted three local Brooklyn businesses, opening their doors for a special tour of their facilities and a tasting of their products. I would like to hunt for stories like these entrepreneurs who support the community and creates a long lasting content that is never out of trend.
