Request QuoteA 30-year-old Hungarian documentary filmmaker currently studying on an Erasmus Mundus scholarship at the DocNomads international master's programme in documentary filmmaking. Previously, I worked for 3 years as a video journalist for Partizán Média, Hungary's largest independent cultural and political channel. In the meantime I have been working as a freelance photographer and videographer. I have five years of experience as a video journalist, editor, event photographer, documentary cameraman and non-fiction director. I am currently based in Budapest and freelance during the summer.
My latest job was to shoot and edit a short mood video for Budapest Pride 2024. This is the second time I have worked on this, as I did it last year as well. The video is not published yet but it will be soon.
Rudolf Tóth decided to retire at the age of fifty. Thirteen years have passed since then. He settled in Nagyecsér, a ghost village in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county. With no one to help him and no resources to speak of, he set about creating a self-sustaining model farm. I made this short web documentary 2 years ago when I was working for Partizán Média. It has been viewed almost 600,000 times since it was published.
On 12 April, the New European Bauhaus Prizes were awarded, where the College of Social Theory's project Cooperative Ownership for Commuinities won. I made this video to promote the project at the request of the College of Social Theory.
