Around, who know the skills to be able to live in an arid and difficult territory, call them Chipaya, but they prefer to be called Qnas Soñi, the People of Water.
During the first episode of Tjamparanjani Radio programme, poetries and tales of all participants in the Oficina de Arte are presented.
