I have worked as a camera operator/DP for about 6 years and am currently the video director at a local creative agency in Sacramento called Black Field Media. I am also a camera operator with a video production company called Smith Cinematic. I have experience in commercial, branding, documentary, aerial, and wedding cinematography.

This video was my first big project that I have done as a DP/camera operator and editor. This video was made for our Easter program back in 2014. I shot this all within 3-4 days all across California.
This is my most recent project I did with a band from San Francisco called Before The Brave. This quick video is a promo for their new album "Better Country."

This video was made as an introduction for Project Church's vision casting day. The purpose of this video was to show the conflict that we have within when it comes to creating and/or making something new.
This was a recent commercial that I shot and edited for the Sacramento Zoo. The final product was aired on KVIE, one of Sacramento's local television station. I shot the project on the Black Magic URSA Mini at a 4:1 compression (RAW) with the sigma 18-35 cine lens. The project was then later edited and graded in Davinci Resolve. Music licensed by Musicbed.
This project was done for the Hyatt Regency in Union Square, San Francisco. The purpose of this video was to capture and describe the working culture within the Hyatt among its employees. The idea was to explain the working relationship between Hyatt and Apple in Union Square and how Hyatt have adopted certain traits and qualities from Apple to implement within their employees and working culture.
This was a personal project I worked on while on vacation in Iceland with my wife in February of 2017. The project was shot on the DJI Phantom 4 Pro and edited in Adobe Premiere CC. This film was shot and edited by myself.
