Currently based in Doha, Qatar, I am originally from Lithuania where I worked at Lithuanian National Television for several years. My background is mostly in visual storytelling and documentary filmmaking. I received a master’s degree from the University of Missouri's School of Journalism in December 2014, where I was sent on a Fulbright scholarship. In the US, I also worked for Al Jazeera's investigative and current affairs documentary film program "Fault Lines" and social media-based talk show "The Stream" in Washington, DC.
