Request QuoteIn a career behind the camera spanning 15 years, Michael has mastered several modes of visual storytelling. He earned an M.F.A. in Film Production from the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University, where he was nominated for the Kodak Scholarship and twice received the Panavision New Filmmaker Grant. He has shot three feature films and dozens of short-form projects including music videos and TV pilots, as well as purpose-driven storytelling for clients in retail, health and tech. Michael's work with non-profits including the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, African Education Program, Brigaid and Rebuilding Together supports their fundraising and awareness efforts. Michael is also an accomplished visual journalist, having captured breaking news, editorial and reportage images on five continents. His far-reaching coverage, with a particular focus on U.S. politics and social activism movements, has been featured by a wide cross-section of media including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Time, National Geographic, Vogue, Rolling Stone, Esquire, Playboy, Variety, The Guardian, Sports Illustrated, New York Magazine, New York Post, Vice, The Intercept, and Axios.
