It is very fitting, to me, that film is a source of light, because light is a symbol for the truth. One of the main purposes for film and video storytelling is to reveal a truth that otherwise would remain hidden. Sometimes the quickest way to find the truth is to turn on a camera and point it at the world. I've been looking for the truth with a camera for about ten years now, and the search continues.
