Tradicional kitchen in rural zones of El Salvador are inside the shacks causing in women and children serious diseases. This video talks about the new kitchen, called in cooperation 'Finlandia Kitchen', as a part of a Development Cooperation Project implemented for the Spanish NGO named Terra Pacífico.
I wanted to show the hard life conditions for the poorest people from Cacaopera, in El Salvador. They are the invisible poor people in this small country, far from cities, in inland zones...without water, sanitation, education, living in shacks and suffering the hot weather and the strong rain in the wet season.
This short video shows how hard is the daily life of a salvadorian young mother. She lives with two kids without any help, in a champa (shack) in one of the poorest rural zones of El Salvador. This work is part of an online project for a Spanish Non Profit Organization called Terra Pacífico.
