Born in Jerusalem, And currently in the US. In 2012 I founded SparksNext, a boutique production house based in Brooklyn, New York. I produced and directed almost 100 features, shorts, Music Videos, documentaries, and commercials for corporate clients. I have received industry wide recognition in the “Best First Film” category at the Independent Spirit Awards for “Menashe,” released in 2017 and currently on Netflix, which premiered at the Sundance and Berlinale film festivals amongst many others. My latest feature project “The Vigil”, premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in Sep 2019 and is scheduled to hit theaters in the fall of 2020
