Eastina Marian Boimadi Taylor is a seasoned media professional, mentor, and gender advocate with extensive experience in broadcasting and storytelling. She is the President of Women in the Media Sierra Leone and Co-founder of Standout Multimedia. Formerly the Station Manager of Capital Radio, she played a key role in shaping its programming. Her impact in media and advocacy has earned her numerous accolades. She was named one of Sierra Leone’s 50 Most Influential Women (2024) and received the Sierra Leone United States Alumni Impact Award for her work in gender-based reporting. In 2017, Music for Girls Initiatives Africa honored her for empowering women and girls through media. As the co-founder of Revive and Glow Natural Products, she also champions entrepreneurship. Through Shaping Young Minds Initiative, she was recognized as a Humanitarian of the Year by the Orphans Empowerment Society. She continues to be a driving force for change in Sierra Leone.
