I am a Camera operator/Editor and producer, based in Sydney and shooting globally. I have more than 12 years experience and own a Sony FS7, with full production kit. . Until recently, I was a camera operator, editor and producer for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Europe bureau, creating stories and films for Australia’s leading current affairs programmes. Working from the inception of a story to the finished product has given me an insight into how to ensure a quality product that will satisfy a client’s needs. I began my career in Australia as an ENG camera operator, an experience which provided me with the ability to react quickly and shoot quality content in challenging natural environments. Experience in high-end production has helped me develop a talent for the precise framing and lighting required by producers and directors for features and long-form interviews. Acting as a producer has come naturally to me. I provide easy-to-understand direction to talent to ensure they feel comfortable and to keep the shoot running efficiently. My editing skills ensure I shoot sequences that will allow for character development and creating ‘flow’ within a piece. As the industry has moved towards digital-only content, I have tailored much of my work to the online space. Digital projects I have created have been used in dozens of online publications. ​ I always strive for highest possible result with any project I undertake.
