Crossover is a truly global, asynchronous organization that recruits software developers all over the world. Their biggest challenge was credibility. They needed a ton of content that authentically showed employees doing that work so others would be more free to join. So we partnered with our friends at an agency called Epipheo to build a series of testimonials all. over. the. world. Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nigeria, Brazil, Spain, Eastern Europe. We've directed and produced crews all over. All while maintaining a consistent creative vision.
