In 2010, after 9 years of studio works, I decided to devote myself to exploration and doing what I can to make people aware of and care about the world's fast-disappearing biocultural diversity. Questioning and exploring realities, driven and attracted by extreme journeys, remote places, tribes and threatened cultures, my approach to documentary is immersive, physical and lyrical, spiritual and psychedelic. Obsessed by untold realities, rare captured moments, simple but novel realities, striving for the sublime, I have put my artistic chops in the service of the planet. National Geographic Traveller Photo Contest winner 2012, clients such as Smithsonian magazine, Barefoot College, Best documentary film in 2014 with Wakhan another Afghanistan, films in production in Ecuador, Borneo, Mexico. I have travelled and worked also in Salvador, Belize, Guatemala, Tajikistan....
Barefoot College is a non-governmental organization that has been providing basic services and solutions to problems in rural communities for more than 40 years, with the objective of making them self-sufficient and sustainable. These ‘Barefoot solutions’ can be broadly categorized into the delivery of Solar Electrification, Clean Water, Education, Livelihood Development, and Activism.
CONTACTED, tells the story of the Waoranis settlements of Bameno and Boanamo, located deep in the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador. The project focuses on the Baihua family, and casts a critical eye on the idea of "contact," revealing the many changes that have been visited on the infrastructure and superstructure of this community since the arrival of the first missionaries in the 50's.
Filmed in furthest reaches of this mythical, Hindu-Kush plateau, it's an exploration in the pursuit of pure, non-verbal sensations. This journey through the Wakhan Corridor connects with the daily lives of these reclusive peoples living at altitudes of 4,000 m. Artistic, experiential and impressionistic, Wakhan, a documentary, peers into this mysterious Afghan reality.

Produced by The Nature Conservancy, The film captures stirring images and interviews emotionally depicting the toll that changing rain patterns have had on the Mayans, forcing them to adapt their agricultural practices and, in some cases, migrate to cities. But the story is one of hope, as we see the communities taking action with their own hands on their own lands.
