Request QuoteI'm a videographer, reporter, producer, editor, adventurer and story teller with more than 15 years of media experience. I'm at my best behind the lens of a camera in places where stories are deeply human and complex. I've never picked easy assignments, reporting from countries including Cuba, India, Tanzania and outback Australia. Some say I have a knack for getting to the heart of people's stories. I've shot, produced and edited short documentaries, worked in major newsrooms in front and behind the lens, and led a team of newspaper reporters as they transitioned to making web videos. By far the most interesting stories for me are those that would not have been captured had there not been the right eyes to see it.

Feature story for Al Jazeera's Everywoman, about an indigenous aborigine from the Australian outback who won the Young Australian of the Year Award. I pitched, set-up, shot, scripted and edited this 5 minute story.
I shot, produced and edited a three part multimedia series for The Age, "Life at 15" which looks at the challenges facing 15 year olds - they're drinking earlier, having sex earlier and living their lives through technology.

Al Jazeera's Amanda Palmer and the 48 crew head to Raminginging, an Aboriginal community in Australia's Northern Territory. I set-up this shoot in Arnhem Land, a very remote part of Australia which at the time required a permit to enter and film. I operated as fixer, field producer and also shot second camera on this shoot.
