I studied education, pedagogy and communication. In 2009 I was selected to study photojournalism in the Danish School of Media & Journalism (DMJX, Aarhus, Dinamarca). I have worked in Center America, Europe and Asia. In 2011 I was awarded with the Ortega y Gasset Prize in Digital Journalism for the multimedia reportage “El criminalista del país de las últimas cosas”. I am the codirector of the short documentary “Las Masacres de El Mozote” Official Selection of the Icaro Centeramerican Cinema Festival and finalist of the research prize IPYS 2012. In a past life I cofounded PIEL de FOTO.
