Filmmaker Chelsea Lupkin is a Sr. Programmer at Short of the Week and is known for her short horror film Lucy’s Tale, where it has been viewed over 6.8 million times on Gunpowder and Sky’s YouTube channel, ALTER. She is a commercial director represented by Greenpoint Pictures, directing spots for brands like Tubi and Google. She was also the Director of Photography and an original member of the Delish team, an award-winning Hearst food site, producing a number of successful reality food shows including 'Iconic Eats' and 'Julia Tries Everything'. She has served on the jury at various film festivals including the Fantasia International Film Festival, Fantastic Fest, Brooklyn Horror Film Festival, and the Seattle International Film Festival. She has also mentored participants in the Frontières International Co-Production Market in Montreal, Canada and is currently on the jury for the Killer Shorts Horror Short Screenplay Competition for rising screenwriters in the genre.
