Salsa Saturdays at La Marqueta keep Old School Salsa Alive in El Barrio
Every weekend, Saturdays Salsa is held in La Marqueta, a historical cultural hub, in East Harlem. This free event features traditional Puerto Rican food (barbecue that is cooked at the spot), live salsa music and a huge turnout (300 or more people). fda Video published by New York Latin Culture Magazine with an article about the event.
