Nomad Community Cinema is a film training and creation project that seeks to promote social transformation through art. We train people in a situation of human mobility, and the host community. We see cinema as a tool that contributes to the socialization of issues that concern the general public. We work with the support of the International Organization for Migration (OIM Ecuador) and we are a non-profit project.

Baile del Torito

The Bull Dance (Baile del Torito) is a dance of Ladino origin adopted by the indigenous people of Guatemala. This dance dates back to the 17th century. The dance tells a story of a ranch foreman who forbids the cowboys to deal with an enraged bull, so they choose to get the boss drunk. The Bull Dance (Baile del Torito) is a mix of cultures, Christian traditions, and ancient Mayan mythology.
