Dallin is a filmmaker and multimedia journalist based in New York City, dedicated to crafting stories that illuminate the resilience of communities navigating grief and healing. His passion lies in capturing the profound wisdom, sorrow, and hope that emerge from these experiences.
With a strong portfolio, Dallin has collaborated with prominent platforms such as Brut America, NBC, KQED, FRONTLINE PBS, NOVA PBS, and POV, contributing to Emmy-nominated and award-winning projects. As a 2023 Sundance Ignite x Adobe Fellow, he is currently developing two films with the mentorship and support of the Sundance Institute.
Dallin holds a master’s degree from UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and writing from UC Santa Barbara, grounding his filmmaking in a deep understanding of social dynamics and storytelling.
