Frank did a teriffic job covering winter storm Jonas for us in NYC in late January. One of my favorite stories was the salt dome in NYC where all the salt is stored. He wasn't having much luck with any action to sell the story, so then he changed the angle to 'what is in that dome?' It was quirky and fun and he seemed to be able to get people to talk. On top of that he hustled like mad in freezing conditions and was very flexible in changing plans. Would definitely rehire Frank again!
