Kanyiti a 21yrs old community nurse in Tamale Ghana. On my recent documentary assignment in Bukari Kura a village located in the northern part of Ghana, I had a breathtaking experience documenting her story. “What brought me to BukariKura community is because of Covid-19. My parents live in this community and it seems no one is educating them about the pandemic. It would be sad to see my roots wiped out just like that by a foreign sickness. So it’s my responsibility to ride over 150km twice each week to come and sensitize the people of my roots.” words of this brave girl.
