From climbing into helicopters to boarding Canadian Coast Guard ships in order to capture unique images, Geneviève has a tremendous amount of work-related adventurous experiences. In her career, as a videographer for a renowned national broadcaster, she has developed a solid expertise in directing, filming, editing and lighting techniques. She pushes her limits to always deliver the highest quality videos for provincial and national productions. Geneviève's work has nominated to the RTDNA Canada Awards for excellence in video and excellence in social media. Always looking for new goals to reach and stories to tell, her most recent project was co-directing the first francophone web series in Alberta. It was her idea to adapt the novel, Abigaelle et le date coaching into a web series. ​The series was financed by Telefilm canada, National Film Board of Canada and TV5, an international french broadcaster. The web series has received multiple awards internationally including "Best Web Series" from AMPIA, "Unique community engagement and outstanding accomplishment" from the Edmonton Film Prize and is an official selection of the SWF Film Festival in Sicily, Italy. Along with the awards, her web series also received nominations for: "Best Director" and "Best Screen writer" from the AMPIA. Geneviève's creativity brings her to work on unique and exiting projects. She is now developing on a documentary for a national canadian broadcaster about the Canadian western territories.
