The Farm School, a 400-acre teaching farm in western Massachusetts, needed a way to communicate all that had transpired within the Farm School during a 16-month deep pause, during which time they took on racial equity and liberation work head-on. They emerged a changed organization, refocused and deepened in their mission to Connect People To The Land. A deeply felt story emerged of an institution, comprised of individuals committed to the process of evolution, and of doing better, always, in the face of new awareness.
