Request QuoteI became a freelance multi-media reporter in 2008 after a career as a fine artist/craftsman. I bring to my work a strong visual style- placing value on the look as well as the content. I branched into video and writing in 2010 as a frequent contributor to the Atlantic. Currently I'm a freelance contributor to DeSmog Blog, where I create in-depth environmental reports. Other recent clients include the Weather Channel, Al Jazeera, Ocean 8 media and the Guardian. I have a knack for getting in to places that are hard to get access to. I'm quick on my feet in disasters zones. I am available to travel worldwide and if not booked, I'm ready to hit the road quickly. I shoot with canon 5d mark3s with multiple fixed lens. Can shoot studio set ups as well as out in the field. Major stories I have covered include the BP oil spill, Earthquake in Haiti and Cholera epidemic, Occupy Wall Street Movement and Sandy. Since 2013 my work has focused on the fracking industry and pipelines.

I wrote and shot this report. It is a follow up report on fracking in Florida based on a report I shot/shot in May 2014 for DeSmog Blog
Photo essay of work shot during ride-alongs in New Orleans with a young police officer who takes pride in removing illegally owned guns off the streets.
I shot and wrote this report on environmental issues facing the Everglades. The report focus on Betty Osceola, a member of the Miccosukee tribe, and the fight she is leading to protect her homeland from a proposed bike path.
I shot stills and video and wrote this report. Also wrote one the might before hours after the shooting took place. Hit the road from New Olreans and got to a press release held at 2am.
I work as a DP for Jon Bowermasters project, Dear President Obama on the fracking industry. I shot video and photographs that will be used in his film and that are on the films website. I covered the fracking industry in the Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Oklahoma. I researched the topic and found all contacts and locations for each state I was assigned.
I was one of the DP's on this job. I contributed video and stills to this project.
