Originally from California, I began my career as a documentary filmmaker, where I won awards at multiple film festivals across the United States. Later, I led social media video productions at the software company HubSpot, developed communications strategies and created multimedia content at Partners In Health, and most recently managed creative services at Carnegie Mellon University's campus in Rwanda. As a freelancer, I have produced content for multinational corporations, local NGOs, and government agencies. In particular, I specialize in impact storytelling, supporting organizations in translating the success of their programs, products, and services into engaging content for various audiences. My personal photography spans across travel, wildlife, and landscape work. I've been featured by brands such as Visit Rwanda, Panasonic, Ethiopian Airlines, Omaze, and more.
This video shares the mission and impact of Resonate, a Rwanda-based social enterprise empowering women and girls in East Africa through confidence-building workshops. I produced, directed, filmed, and edited this with a team of local Rwandan videographers.
I produced this video for Carnegie Mellon University, showcasing a research project studying the impact of mini-grid planning on electrification in rural areas of Rwanda. I was the sole director, videographer, and editor.
Produced for Invest for Jobs, an initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), this video highlighted the success of a program supporting community development by providing training for rural women, youth, and undereducated people in construction and business management.
