Oksana Poltorak and her three children are amongst more than 50,000 Ukrainian refugees in Greece. While living in a house with two other families, Oksana tries to create a sense of normalcy for herself and her children. Though she tries hard, her days are never normal until her entire family is reunited. Her husband and oldest son remain in Ukraine to defend their home.
Thousands of people are stranded in Idomeni, Greece, at a makeshift camp by the Macedonian border, now closed to migrants. Among the residents are Afghan citizens who have little chance of receiving asylum in European countries. As they wait in limbo, they must contend with dire conditions at the camp, food shortages, and harassment by other groups.
A short film about an old refugee neighborhood in Thessaloniki, the second-largest city in Greece, that the authorities want to demolish. The film has been screened during a university project, named "Nationless".
