Impact of the revolution on political participation of the queer community
This is a film that documents the queer presence in the Lebanese revolution that erupted on October 17, 2019. It assesses the impact of the revolution on the LGBTIQ+ community and highlights the hardships they faced while demanding their basic human rights, violated by a corrupt and oppressing system, in addition to their rights as queer individuals. MOSAIC and GCRF are trying to capture the Impact of the revolution through evidence-based study. This study highlights the micro-aggression faced along with a queer presence in public spheres.
