I produced a video from start to finish for a K-12 boarding school to welcome new students and excite them about the upcoming year. I pitched, wrote, and edited this video for NowThis exploring how Ruby Franke, the popular YouTube parenting vlogger charged with aggravated child abuse, was able to fly under the radar despite the signs being on display all along. I dug for the footage to allow the viewers to come to their own conclusions and immerse themselves into the story. This video was part of a larger franchise series I developed where current events act as gateways into larger conversations.
