My name is Manuel Herreros, I have been living in Spain since 2004. I studied at the London International Film School in London (aka LFS) and since then I've worked in film and television as a director and producer mainly in documentaries and reportages. My first documentary was about transsexuality in Caracas - Venezuela. It was a very successful documentary which and promoted a change in attitude in Venezuelan society, making me the winner of several awards. I have always been interested in documentaries as a reflection of our society where you can raise many issues and can somehow help solve the problems of humanity. I am mainly concerned about current issues, immigration, people who are unique and quirky, urban tribes, environmental issues and ecology, anthropology, etc.

In these times of the Covid 19 virus pandemic, the Cubas de la Sagra City Council promoted a cognitive exercise program for the elderly. It consisted of the fact that every week staff from the town hall brought a set of special exercises to the homes of the elderly to maintain the mental ability of these people.
