Request QuoteAfter working for Canada's largest news networks (CBC & CTV) as a reporter/video journalist, news producer, and editor for nearly a decade, I now travel to some of the most remote and fascinating areas around the world where I singlehandedly produce a range of underreported stories, breaking news rushes, and features that pertain to human rights issues, global cultures, arts and travel. Professionally trained and experienced behind and in-front of the camera, I research, interview, shoot, write, edit and produce all of my material independently in the field. I hold a Master of Journalism from one of Canada's most distinguished journalism schools (Carleton University), an honours BA (Political Science) from Concordia University, a Television Broadcasting Diploma from Algonquin College, and a certificate in Asian Studies from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. I am also multilingual, capable of working in both the most sophisticated settings and those that present great challenges.

Ongoing project: I have been documenting Kaavan's story as it's been unfolding at the Cambodia Wildlife Sanctuary since his arrival from Pakistan on November 30, 2020. Some of my footage was commissioned and used in the Smithsonian documentary film "Cher and the Loneliest Elephant." I am currently working on an independent documentary about his second chance at life here in Cambodia (please do get in touch if interested).
They call it the "Food of the Future" - yes, those protein-packed creepy crawlers that are all the rage here in Cambodia (and increasing in popularity worldwide). I'm currently based in Siem Reap, Cambodia's ancient capital, and am about to shoot a piece on this at the city's famed Bugs Cafe. Should you be interested, I think this would be a great story for your food channel!
This piece was produced with the support of Mining Watch Canada after receiving reports of major human rights violations by a Canadian owned mining company in San Rafael de Las Flores in Guatemala.
This video is a sample of my personal effort to document and share the voices of the world's indigenous communities. My goal is to raise awareness of the world's threatened communities and cultural heritage. I produced this piece singlehandedly in Namibia in September this year.
During a recent trip to Namibia, I heard of a community that lives at the Otjiwarongo City Dump site. I met with them, and documented their story.
