About

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Jee An earned her first feature film role in Masterminds as the Female Cashier in a scene with Zach Galifianakis. Television roles have included Dr. Ama in the AMC miniseries Jacqueline And Jilly, Cathy Jin in AMC’s Lodge 49 and Hannah Lee in the Netflix comedy Insatiable. Most recently, she was cast as Chancellor Vero Kuo in the ABC primetime series Will Trent. Jee studied Theater Arts at the University of South Carolina in Hilton Head and the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and began booking leading roles in plays in Hilton Head, Beaufort, South Carolina, Savannah, Georgia, and Charlotte, North Carolina. From 2013 to 2017, she studied acting for commercials, film and television with her mentor, J.D. Lewis at The Actor’s Lab in Charlotte.
