Jorge Mirez Tarrillo invented a bike-stretcher that could be used in future Mars expeditions. In 2014, he ran tests with his invention in the Mars Desert Research Station (Utah) of Mars Society. Jorge, a professor of the Faculty of Sciences at UNI, was commander of Crew 140, a peruvian group that ran tests under experimental conditions similar to the martian surface.
Peru con Ciencia, peruvian's largest annual scientific exhibition, receives thousands of people from 13 to 16 November in Parque de la Exposicion.
