Arjan Boeve, aka The Stained Glass Geek, of the Netherlands is an artist dusting off old traditions by designing pop culture-inspired stained glass. Instead of saints, Boeve’s glass artwork features Spongebob, Mario, and Mickey Mouse. His pop art creations are handcrafted and allow him to express his inner geek.
Mike Pickers, a 31-year-old single dad of two, wanted to combine his love for his kids and music. That’s when he started Raver Tots, a company that hosts family-friendly raves where kids of all backgrounds -- and their parents -- can hit the dance floor. The parties provide an outlet for people of any age to let out energy in a safe yet electric environment.
